| Climate-KIC / EIT |
✓ An E3P progress review meeting will be held on June 10 (morning) in the headquarters (tdc) of the French CLC (FCS - Saclay).
✓ Pitch coaching : seminars will be held by Beth Susanne in June 2013 (June 5th in UK, June 7th in France and June 17th in the Netherlands). Those seminars, held in English, are free of charge and are meant to help you improving your communication skills. More information can found be through your local CLCs.
| General and administrative issues |
✓ Consortium Agreement : the CEA and WUR-Alterra legal departments are currently discussing of a few minor modifications. The final agreement is expected for mid-June 2013.
✓ The PGAs for 2013 is to be prepared by all partners. The Excel sheet has been shared within the consortium. Feedback on this sheet and reporting on CAPplan are expected by May 17th.
| Communication |
✓ The E3P brochure has been printed. The 500 copies have been shared among all partners.
✓ All E3P-related documents are available on the E3P share space (private access).
| What's next ? |
✓ A weather generator conference call will be held on May 31 at 10 AM. This conference call aims at discussing of the different WGs that are being developped and that will be part of the WG platform.
✓ The next E3P meeting will be held in Jussieu (Paris) on June 13th.
✓ The European Meteorological Society (EMS) will be holding the 13th EMS Annual Meeting & 11th European Conference on Applications of Meteorology (ECAM) from 09 to 13 September 2013 (Reading, UK). Climate services are part of the agenda of this conference. More information can be found here
